My journey to the work

My own midlife challenges led me to mindful self-compassion, a practice that deeply transformed how I live, work, and care for myself. That personal journey fuels my passion for helping others.

For over 20 years, I’ve supported others in moving from overwhelm and self-doubt to confidence, clarity, and steadiness. I’ve helped hundreds of clients build lives that feel calmer, more intentional, and more fulfilling. As a wife and mother of three, I understand the pressure of caregiving and constant responsibility—and how vital it is to make space for your own well-being.

If you’re ready to feel more balanced and empowered in your daily life, I’ll walk with you and give you the tools to create meaningful, lasting change.

What People Are Saying

  • Faith has been instrumental in my ability to process, redefine thinking patterns, heal, and broaden my perspective. As a behavioral health professional myself, it has been challenging to seek help for myself and finding the right fit. I have found it in Faith, and her ability to establish trust and compassion in a judgment free space while teaching and healing is so essential in the service she provides.

I have been working with Faith for the past 4 years. She has taught me invaluable strategies to improve my coping skills. What sets Faith apart is her compassion, empathy, and ability to connect on a deep and meaningful level. She creates a safe and supportive environment where I feel comfortable sharing my most personal and sensitive concerns. Faith's ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and collaborate with me to identify my areas of improvement is truly remarkable.

  • My daughter began working with Faith over two years ago to help with anxiety and past medical trauma. While at times the work has been hard my daughter has never wanted to stop working with Faith. I will always remember the moment I realized just how impactful the work was that Faith was doing with her. My daughter picked at her hands and nails constantly before she met Faith. After about a year I looked down at her hands and saw that they were mostly healed. This was a sign to me that she was being healed from the inside out. From that point on I have seen my daughter gain confidence and use the strategies she has been taught by Faith to get through difficult situations in high school. For our family, the mental health support my daughter has received has been equally as important as the medical support she has needed.

  • I have known Faith for many years. I first met her…before my husband was about to deploy. I had a newborn and 3 year old at the time. My 3 year old was having a really hard time adjusting to his father being away so I reached out to Faith. She helped him process his emotions as well as helped me with ways I could help him. She was also extremely helpful with reintegration when my husband returned home. I reached out to her again back in 2020 when schools were closed and my youngest son was having a hard time with distance learning. She was so wonderful with helping him adjust and giving him coping skills he still uses today when he gets overwhelmed. Faith comes highly recommended by me and my family.

    -Amy

  • I came to Faith at a time when my world was falling apart around me. Worry, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem seemed to consume my life. Faith is positive, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She helped me gain a more positive outlook on myself and the situations in my life. I look forward to seeing her each time and gaining her insight. I wish I had found her sooner! Thank you so much Faith!

    -Scott

Faith’s wisdom, person-centered, gentle, informed approach, sprinkled with humor and compassion, has been transformative for me.

  • I have been working with Faith for about 4 years, and I am so grateful to have her. She comes to every session with kindness, compassion, and an exceptional ability to help me effectively navigate life's challenges. As an Adult living with PTSD and ADHD, it can be difficult to cope with stressful situations and, honestly, just life in general. Faith encourages me to approach every situation with mindfulness and curiosity, rather than rushing to judgement. EMDR sessions with Faith have helped me to heal from traumatic events and create space and peace of mind. Her clinical knowledge is vast and she regularly recommends books, articles, and other media to supplement our sessions. With Faith's support, I have learned valuable skills and strategies to help me live my very best life.

    -Lorraine

  • When I first came to Faith about 5 years ago, I was people pleaser in my early 30’s struggling with anxiety attacks that were waking me up in the middle of the night. Faith helped me work through a complicated situation without completely losing my mind. We devised strategies to start implementing some self-care behaviors, such as a mindfulness practice and learning how to establish firm boundaries…in every relationship in my life. Since starting a mindfulness practice, I have realized how completely unaware I was of my daily struggles with a variety of physical issues…The discovery of these seriously debilitating conditions affecting my quality of life would have not been possible without Faith’s help utilizing mindfulness.

I am fortunate and will be forever grateful that I have had the opportunity to work with Faith. Her superior skills involving cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and PTSD trauma work has completely challenged and changed the voice of my inner critic leading to a hardiness in resilience. The work is real and at times has been challenging however, it has led to an overall improvement in my mind, body, and soul. For the first time in my life, I feel accepted and loved by myself embracing all aspects of who I am, what I’ve been through and the changes to come. The challenge of the work pays off if you are brave and willing, I promise.

  • “For the past ten years, my therapist has been an unwavering source of guidance, understanding, and healing. Through some of the most challenging moments of my life—navigating PTSD, anxiety, and ADHD—they have provided a safe space where I could truly be myself without fear of judgment. Their compassion, patience, and deep insight have helped me develop healthier coping mechanisms, build resilience, and find stability even in the toughest times.

One of the most profound impacts they’ve had on my life was during the time we spent in family therapy. Thanks to their support, my mother and I have learned how to communicate openly and honestly—something we once struggled with. That gift alone has changed my life in ways I can’t fully put into words.

I am beyond grateful for their dedication, empathy, and the countless ways they have helped me grow. Their work has not only helped me heal but has also given me the tools to move forward with confidence. I truly cannot recommend them enough to anyone seeking meaningful, life-changing therapy.”

  • Faith has been an amazing asset in my daughter's (and our family's) journey through her teenage years. She was able to help my daughter find her inner peace, her voice and her courage to be herself in a world that was spiraling around her. She has gained life skills in emotional regulation, boundaries and how to continue to use those skills throughout her adult life. Faith is the most patient, kind, approachable and knowledgeable clinician I have ever met; without her, my daughter would not be the successful woman she is today!

    -Candice

  • We met Faith through her work with the RI National Guard Youth and family programs. As a person who deployed it was so helpful to have someone my children and the public school could work with to help my children navigate their feelings during such a difficult time. Faith has a wonderful way with children and especially with those whose parents serve in the military. I know my family and I will be forever grateful for her help. She continues to provide us with tools and resources to help us as a family. I cannot think of anyone else who is so passionate about her work.
